Crimson Medical Solutions was founded in 2019 with the goal of creating innovative products for nurses. Each founder had personal connections with nurses and understood that they are often overworked and underserved by recent medical device innovations. We develop products by working directly with nurses to understand their workflows, struggles, and healthcare philosophy to create low-cost solutions that work.
Stephen graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Bioengineering in the Spring of 2020. Since graduating, Stephen has been leading Crimson Medical Solutions as CEO, overseeing the company’s development on all fronts. Stephen is located in Spokane Washington, and is a very active member of the entrepreneurial community that has been growing in the area.
Caleb has 10 years experience working as a nurse in the ICU and ER with experience as a charge nurse and on new product committees. As the Chief Clinical Officer for Crimson Medical Solutions, Caleb designs, implements, and facilitates the clinical training and onboarding of new clients.
Tanner graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Bioengineering in the Spring of 2019. Tanner has supported the business development of Crimson Medical Solutions, advising on product development and commercialization of the IV Manager.
Bobby has held many high-level medical device and medical sales positions as Regional VP of Sales, Sales Director and Regional Sales Manager.
Ryan is the CFO of Valicoff Fruit Company, Inc. Before moving into the agriculture industry, Ryan spent over ten years working in healthcare. As the Director of financial planning and analysis for the Virginia Mason Memorial hospital system, he designed, built, and led the FP&A team for the enterprise. Ryan holds both an MBA and BA in Finance and is currently the Chair of the WSU Entrepreneurship Advisory Board.
Asa is a seasoned startup advisor and operator. With experience in law, finance, and growth marketing, he blends his diverse experiences to help provide strategic vision and execution on novel and innovative business models.
Dan began his nursing career working as an LPN for an emergency department in Bellevue Washington. After a few short years, he bridged his education to an RN and continued to work in Emergency Nursing, Hyperbaric Nursing and and Disaster Response. After 20 years of bedside he transitioned to education, first working on a BSN then Master's in education and Ph.D. in Nursing.
